Where are you located?

We are in downtown Raleigh at 220 West Davie Street. That's the block between Dawson and McDowell. See Map. Return to Top

What are your hours?

We are open 9:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. Return to Top

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, and JBC. We also will setup accounts on N30 terms for businesses. If you are interested in opening an account, please contact our Accounting Department. Return to Top

How quickly can I get my order done?

Our usual turn around time is a week (5 business days). Of course, large orders or special orders may take longer. If our schedule permits, we will accept rush orders for a rush fee of 15% (minimum $5). Also schedule permitting, same day orders can be done for a minimum $10 rush fee. Will you ship my order?

Most of our orders are picked up at our storefront, but we will ship your order at your expense. Very small orders may be sent parcel post, however, UPS is our most common carrier since they enable us to track your package. Return to Top

I have an Xpres print charge on my invoice but I gave you a full week to complete the order. What is this charge?

Many of our plaques are lettered using a sublimation printing process (usually black on gold or silver) on them rather than engraving or laser engraving. Xpres is the brand name for this process. Return to Top

Do you have any ideas of exactly what I can say on my award?

We have some basic ideas here on our site. For further suggestions, feel free to contact us or come in to our storefront and look through more ideas. Return to Top

I have an item I want to match. Can you do it for me?

If it is an item that you have ordered from us within the last 2 years we should have it on file. Contact us with the old work order information (or at least name and approximate date) and we may be able to reproduce the order without your having to come in. Older orders may or may not be available in our archive files.

If it is an item that you did not get from us, please bring the item into our store front and we'll let you know how closely we might be able to match it. Return to Top

Do you buy used trophies?
